TheBr&newstudio helped to realise the identity for a new luxury residential community 1km from the fast growing city of Prague in Czechoslovakia. Following a huge amount of research and development into the aspiration, feel, spirit and demand for the new village style development 'The Oaks' was born. Nestled in the trees around a sparkling lake the feeling of well-being and togetherness grew, alongside the need for a luxury and high end result.

The identity works with the natural qualities and warmth of grain in wood but implemented in contrasting materials, finishes and effects this gives a wonderfully rich dynamic to the well known imagery.

 

Able to grow, adapt and apply itself in multiple ways across a range of material the overall patternation of the identity works well throughout all the collateral from print, to digital to 3 dimensional product effortlessly.
